Our pre-bid consultancy fee covers tender document review, NIT/RFP analysis, quantity computation, competitive BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, risk identification, constructability review, technical proposal inputs, and bid clarification support. Value-engineering alternatives are included in Category C and above, and available as add-ons for Categories A and B. Each package includes dedicated engineering support and up to four revision cycles.
