Project/Procurement & Financial Specialist
- Experience working on infrastructure projects funded by multilateral development agencies and other external funding institutions.
- Experience in planning, appraisal, and implementation of projects at the local government level.
- Conduct cost-benefit and economic analyses for road and bridge projects.
- Ensure compliance with Government of India policies, guidelines, and procedures during project preparation and implementation.
- Support project structuring, financial evaluation, and investment planning.
- Provide technical inputs for the development of procurement strategies and procurement packages.
- Assist in preparing bidding documents, contract packaging, and procurement plans.
- Review project costs, funding requirements, and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, government agencies, and funding institutions.
