Transport Economist/Planner

We are seeking a Senior Transport Economist & Planner with 10–15 years of experience in transportation planning, traffic and economic analysis, and infrastructure project development, preferably for highway and bridge projects for DPR.

Project/Procurement & Financial Specialist

  • Experience working on infrastructure projects funded by multilateral development agencies and other external funding institutions.
  • Experience in planning, appraisal, and implementation of projects at the local government level.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and economic analyses for road and bridge projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Government of India policies, guidelines, and procedures during project preparation and implementation.
  • Support project structuring, financial evaluation, and investment planning.
  • Provide technical inputs for the development of procurement strategies and procurement packages.
  • Assist in preparing bidding documents, contract packaging, and procurement plans.
  • Review project costs, funding requirements, and implementation schedules.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, government agencies, and funding institutions.
