This position requires a highly experienced Civil Engineering professional who holds either a relevant post-graduate qualification (MBA/Construction/Project Management) alongside 15 years of industry experience, or is a retired senior-level engineer (JA Grade/Joint General Manager and above) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Civil Engineering departments of Indian Railways, prominent rail PSUs, metros, or related joint ventures.

- Rank/Grade: Must have retired at JA Grade (JAG) / Joint General Manager (JGM) or above (or equivalent scales in Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or Ministry of Railways JVs/SPVs).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of service in JA Grade / JGM or higher.
