Role Summary:
The Team Leader-cum-Contract Management Expert will be responsible for overall leadership, coordination, contract management, and monitoring of the General Consultancy services for Gati Shakti projects under Northern Railway, Lucknow. The expert should have strong experience in construction projects, contract administration, coordination with stakeholders, project monitoring, and management of contractual issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the GC team and consultancy activities.
  • Manage and monitor construction contracts and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with Northern Railway, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Review project progress, schedules, and contractual compliance.
  • Assist in resolving contractual issues, claims, variations, and disputes.
  • Ensure timely completion and effective implementation of project activities.
  • Provide technical and managerial guidance to the project team.
