(i) Master's Degree with major in structural engineering and 10 years of experience in structural engineering practice with designing and filed work of relevant structure. The 10 Years of experience shall compromise a minimum of 7 Year exclusively in structural designing and minimum 5 years in design of Railway & Roadway Bridges.
OR
(ii) B.E/B.Tech (civil) with 15 Year of experience in structural engineering practice with designing and filed work of relevant structures. The 15 Years of experience shall compromise a minimum of 10 Years exclusively in structural designing and minimum 7 Years in designing of Railway & Roadway bridges
OR
(iii) An ex-Railway employee Retired at Minimum JAG level (Including Subsidiaries of IR) with at least 3 years of experience in bridge designing & holding a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
