Sector Expert (Civil)

Experience Required :

At least 7 years of experience in public building construction, or retired Railway/PSU officers of Gazetted/Managerial rank

Age Limit :

Maximum 65 Years

Qualification :

Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Core Expertise: Focused on the civil construction of public infrastructure and utility buildings.
  • Organizational Background: Eligible experience includes service in the Ministry of Railways, Metro Rail Corporations, or major PSUs like RITES, IRCON, or RVNL.
  • Seniority: Retired personnel must have held a Gazetted cadre or Manager-level position (or higher) to qualify.
