Job Summary & Responsibilities   This senior role requires managing the entire Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design lifecycle for construction projects, from initial concept to physical installation.
  • Design Engineering: Sizing, calculating, and drafting layouts for HVAC, electrical networks, and plumbing systems using CAD or BIM software.
  • Client Coordination: Acting as the primary technical contact to gather client requirements, present designs, and manage revisions.
  • Execution Support: Resolving on-site engineering issues, answering contractor RFIs, and performing clash-detection checks with structural teams.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience handling end-to-end design stages.
  • Core Skills: Proficiency in engineering codes (e.g., NBC, ASHRAE) and software tools like AutoCAD or Revit MEP.
