Minimum Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry, including 3 years’ experience in preparation of project estimates.

Role Summary:
Responsible for preparation, checking, and review of cost estimates and quantity calculations for civil construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project cost estimates.
  • Calculate quantities and prepare BOQ.
  • Analyse rates and construction costs.
  • Review estimates for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams.
