We are seeking an Environmental Expert/Engineer with min. 10 yrs of experience in environmental assessment, environmental management planning, and sustainability practices for infrastructure, highway, and bridge projects.

Qualification :

Master's Degree in Environmental Science.

 

  • Lead the implementation and monitoring of Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) requirements for infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure compliance with the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and applicable national environmental regulations.
  • Conduct environmental and social impact assessments, due diligence reviews, and risk management activities.
  • Prepare, review, and oversee implementation of environmental and social safeguard documents and management plans.
  • Must have prior experience working on at least one project financed by the World Bank or another International Financial Institution (IFI).
  • Prepare periodic environmental and social monitoring reports and compliance documentation
