Design Engineer (Electrical/TR D/General)

Experience Required :

Degree with 3 years' design experience (2 years OHE/PSI) or a Diploma with 5 years (3 years OHE/PSI); alternatively, 2–3 years as a Railway JE/SSE in design.

Age Limit :

Maximum 65 Years

Qualification :

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics

  • Specialization: Requires specific expertise in the design of Overhead Equipment (OHE) and Power Supply Installations (PSI).
  • Academic Flexibility: Accepts a degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or any related sub-stream from a recognized institution.
  • Railway Seniority: For internal or ex-railway staff, experience in technical supervisory roles like Junior Engineer (JE) or Senior Section Engineer (SSE) within design wings is mandatory.
