- Manage and advise on procurement activities for projects funded by Government agencies and development partners.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with applicable policies, regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and review procurement plans, bidding documents, requests for proposals, and contract documents.
- Support bid evaluation, contract award, and procurement administration activities.
