1. Tender Search & Identification

  • Active Monitoring: Regularly search and identify relevant tenders (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) through government e-procurement portals like GeM, state-specific portals, and private tender platforms.
  • Tender Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive tender tracker, including critical deadlines, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) details, and submission timelines.

2. Preparation of Bid Documents

    • End-to-End Bid Management: Own the process from identification to final submission, ensuring all technical and commercial documents meet client requirements.
    • Proposal Writing: Compile, research, and format high-quality bid proposals, technical responses, and sales collateral.

3. CV Shortlisting & Evaluation

  • Resource Mapping: Identify and shortlist key personnel for project-based bids based on specific qualifications required by the client (e.g., specific engineering degrees or years of experience).
  • Credential Verification: Evaluate CVs for technical competency, past project experience, and relevance to the tender's scope of work.
