- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Roads, Highways, Railways, Bridges, Flyovers, ROB/RUB and Infrastructure Consultancy.
- Search and monitor GeM, CPPP, IREPS and State e-Procurement portals for relevant tenders and consultancy opportunities.
- Study NIT/RFP/EOI documents, assess eligibility and prepare tender opportunity summaries.
- Coordinate with technical, HR and management teams for preparation and submission of proposals.
- Develop client, consultant, contractor and JV/consortium partner relationships.
- Prepare and maintain tender trackers, client databases, project credentials and BD MIS.
- Support EOI, empanelment, technical proposal and commercial proposal preparation.
- Track pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, tender amendments, submission deadlines and bid results and ensure timely internal coordination.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and follow-up activities to generate new infrastructure business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on tenders, pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, submissions and results.
- Assist management in achieving business development targets and securing new projects.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, opportunity reports, tender status reports and business development updates for management review.
